We ran every Dubai rent contract registered from 16 to 23 September through the registry: 6,901 contracts, AED 147 million a month. The biggest was a six-bedroom beach villa at Eome on Palm Jumeirah, AED 1.05 million a month on a three-year lease. A Majestic Vistas villa in Dubai Hills Estate went for AED 300,000 a month on a six-month lease, a Garden Home on Frond M AED 216,667, a Fairway Vistas villa AED 175,000, and a Six Senses Residences sky villa AED 164,167.
